JENNA DAVIS, MS, LSW
Organizational Effectiveness Consultant
Jenna Davis, MS, LSW is Mission & Data’s Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. An experienced social worker and manager, Jenna’s clinical and educational roles have guided change for more than thirty years.
Jenna’s excitement for helping and healing systems began with hospital social work in New York City. In this role, Jenna learned to cultivate shared understanding and ownership for needed change. She then brought her social work sensibilities and training to a variety of roles in education. Jenna worked first in public schools in NYC, followed next by a return to her alma mater, George School, in Bucks County, PA. For two decades she held a variety of administrative roles at George School, in enrollment management, fundraising, residential life, strategic planning, community building, and leadership supervision and development.
In clinical and educational settings, Jenna has taught interviewing, group process facilitation, and change-making. She has worked across all levels in organizations to teach the power of openness to change and the purpose of organizational effectiveness. While Jenna certainly enjoys engaging an organization in the ideation-stage, she delights in the later stages of change that help dedicated individuals with implementation and sustained transformation. Mindful that organizations are made up of humans, Jenna lends her training and experience to help her clients identify the intersection between great ideas, organizational realities, and follow through.
Jenna received her MS in social work from Columbia University and a BA from Simmons College in Latin American Literature and Human Services.
Jenna lives with her family in Bucks County, PA where she serves as a board member at Chandler Hall, a senior living and care community. Outside of her work with Mission & Data, Jenna practices social work at Cancer Support Community Greater Philadelphia, and continues to conduct admission interviews at George School.
