Over 700 heads of school, CFOs, and business officers participated in this series of webinars, featuring the early iteration of our popular custom-built financial model. Ari Betof and Kelsey Vrooman debuted the enrollment and financial tool created for the membership of California Independent Schools Business Officers Association, Philadelphia Area Independent Schools Business Officers Association, and MISBO. This model template highlights the impact of enrollment and net tuition revenue and visualizes the main revenue and expense drivers in a school's budget allowing leaders and boards to see the impact of enrollment changes to their bottom line.
